MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT
Kay had a love for distance hiking, and gardening that she could no longer do. Kay had a really bad case of Frozen Shoulder, knee pain, and back pain. She could barely move her right arm - and was in chronic pain. She could not even put her hair up in a ponytail with her right arm. The doctors had no solutions and were telling her she may need SURGERY! I said WAIT DON'T DO IT YET! So we went to work training 3 x week. Using my proprietary methods to both Heal Her Injured Shoulder - while also strengthening and bulletproofing her entire body. She went from Barely able to move her right arm - to being able to lift more weight than she ever had in her life...
FREE FROM PAIN!
She is a dynamo now in the gym, and we are friends to this day.
It's such a pleasure to work with amazing folks like Kay.

Ed came to me with a permanent Brace on his foot - due to nerve damage that gave him "drop foot". He also had neuropathy, and chronic back problems, and a shoulder injury from falling due to his condition.
His doctor told him he not be able to move his left foot would NOT go up and down for the rest of his life - and gave him a brace to wear indefinitely.
So I promised Ed and his wife we would see what we could do towards healing & strengthening him so he could live free again.
When we started he had to use the elevator, a cane, and his leg brace. He had Chronic Back pain, shoulder pain from falling, and a non-working left foot.
By the 2nd month he was getting stronger and making massive progress.
By the 3rd month - WE GOT RID OF HIS LEG BRACE! By month 4 - he could go up and down stairs, play with his grandson, dance, and love life again. No brace. No back pain.
Now at 79 Ed has a new lease on life!

TJ was the person who helped me to get back to a regular exercise routine! He was kind and patient, but at the same time nudged me to do a little more each time until I felt stronger and more motivated to work out on my own. He paid attention to my needs, listened well and adapted exercises to avoid undue stress and injury. With his guidance I was able to heal shoulder and knee pain. TJ always brought good energy and a sense of humor to our time together! The conversations made me laugh and made the time go by quickly. He was always available to me if I had a question. It’s been a year and I have been able to keep up the exercise routines that TJ taught me! You will be so happy to have TJ as your trainer!
TJ also worked with my young adult son, Sean, who has autism. He was so thoughtful and kind with Sean and was able to modify his instructions and demonstrate each exercise. Sean loved working out with TJ! It was a pleasure to watch TJ work with Sean!

From Non-Running Bodybuilder - to 54 mile Ultramarathoner in less than 3 months! All for a good cause..
Joe's young son is diagnosed with a rare brittle bones disease (Osteogenesis imperfecta or O.I.). He wanted to do something big to raise money for his son, while being a positive living breathing role model to his son and daughter.
What better way to do that - then to do something HE HAD NEVER DONE....RUN! He was a Non-runner. He had been Bodybuilding for decades and was Jacked and built like a Greek God. But that came with a lot of thick (non-endurance) muscle and weight to carry. His biomechanics were not at all use to running - let alone trail running - let alone an ultramarathon race of 54 miles!
So we had our work cut out for us - but Joe is a special driven Dad that has a ton of heart and grit.
He had started by running on the treadmills only for a few weeks before starting to work with me. He was already dealing with pain and various nagging injuries. He had shin splints, hip flexor issues, and more.
Then Joe explained what he wanted to do and Why. He said like it or not I'm going to do an Ultramarathon! Not a 10K, then a 1/2 marathon, then a full marathon then finally an ultramarathon. I need to do the big one now - I can't wait a year - I need to do this now for my son. He wanted to know if I could get him over his injuries and train his body to be strong for his first ever trail running race - WHICH HAPPENED TO BE A 54 MILE Rocky Hilly Trail Race around a lake in Northern California.
Joe worked so hard and did everything I asked him to do and poured 200% effort into everything. While also running a business and being a single Dad! We worked on healing and strengthening his Trail Running Power Chain. It's kind of like biomechanical angering. We tailored everything specific to his goal of running this race.
We also spent time teaching/ learning all the little techniques from my All of my Trail Racing experience. We even got his shoulders ready to handle the weight and dynamics of running with gear and/or water bottles over that kind of distance. Talked about everything from hydration, to problem solving what is going on with your body, and more.
He Did it!! It was brutal terrain. It was raining the whole time, rocky, muddy, hilly, and very very LONG! But when preparation meets a Strong WHY and a big heart - we can be UNSTOPABLE! The feeling must have been amazing when he got near the finish line and saw his kiddos... priceless. His son and daughter where there running with him across the finish line! He raised thousands of dollars towards his son's disease and cause. And was an amazing example to both his kiddos. We need more good Dads like Joe.
What a joy to get to work with this Dynamic woman. She was dealing with scoliosis of the spine along with some other cross related issues. Laurie wanted to mitigate the pain & curving of her spine, while gaining more strength and mobility. She wanted to be able to play with her grandkids and enjoy life with her wonderful husband....without feeling crippled and in chronic pain.
However, she admittedly did not like working out, and was not super comfortable in gyms.
So we created a fun personable space where she could workout & make progress - while having fun. We kept it light and approachable.
She was a trooper and got so strong and more mobile - and had fun doing it.
By month 3 She realized she had not had back pain for a while and was feeling strong and more youthful again. She and her husband have been able to spend time with their kids and grandkids with a new found strength and freedom. Her scoliosis - is under control and her 3 day a week regimen really keeps her feeling strong and healthy.
She even went on to become my Life Coach and I had a wonderful experience with her. She is available to coach anyone from anywhere in the country virtually. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in meeting with her.

Evan has downs syndrome and was going through a tough time at the care facility he had been going to for some time. He was constantly having outbursts and breaking things. Until Dave came into his life. Dave used his amazing strong but loving personality and unending love and care for Evan to turn Evan's life around.
One day they walked into our Gym. He wanted to try to find another positive outlet for Evan. Something that would also help Evan trust and connect with more people in the real world - not just in the special needs center where he was having difficulty.
Dave (Evan's care taker) and his Mom Debbie came over to introduce themselves and Evan to me. They let me know he doesn't normally do well with strangers and may act up.
But we really connected that very first day. His mom and caretaker were surprised he took to me right away. We hugged and I told him he could trust me. I led him by the hand - and we did some exercises that very first day.
We ended up working for over a year and it was an honor and pleasure to get to work with and become friends with him and his wonderful caretaker Dave Simms.

Manuel is a Dad and was working 2 nursing jobs! He had put on some weight and had no gym or working out experience. He had some shoulder pain, back pain, and just felt tired and body felt heavy and weak.
Manuel also had a wedding and family reunion to go to in his home country of Mexico in a few months.
He wanted to get stronger, heal his aches/pains, and fit into his nice suit for the upcoming wedding.
We trained with me 3 x a week and we went to work - healing and strengthening his body. While doing this we got him fit and strong at the same time.
After 3 months of fun but hard work - he came into to train with a huge smile on his face.
He tried the suit on - and NOW IT WAS LITERALLY TOO BIG!
He had the pleasure of getting it tailored to fit his new toned strong body - free from aches and pains.
He went to the wedding and family reunion down in Mexico and everyone was amazed at the New Improved Manel!!
I was grateful to be a small part of it.

Ashley wanted to learn how to build a stronger body.  At only 13 years old, She had NO gym experience at all - but was eager to learn.  She was a delight to work with and always put in a solid effort.
Great attitude and always a smile.

Brett, a new dad and high-level golfer, battled the "Dad Bod" and recurring back pain during golf. Through targeted strength training over three months, he emerged victorious in his company-wide golf tournament, hitting 300+ yard drives effortlessly and pain-free.

Brett Smith - Golfer
Danny sought to build strength and endurance for motocross racing, aiming to compete at the highest level without physical wear and tear. Targeted power chain training paid off, with race victories within 2-3 months. Danny's continued success in high school marks him as a rising talent to watch.

Dawn came to me with back, shoulder, and knee issues. Wanting to find a way to work around and/ or heal her injuries - while getting her body fit and strong. She was an absolute delight to work with. Before you know it she was so strong - her daughter came in to do a workout session with us - and she was outlifting her daughter!

Ben was in high school at the time. He is a terrific young man and a very accomplished black belt in Taekwondo. He had been bodybuilding and doing some powerlifting - but was reaching a plateau and some other minor issues that were holding him back. He had a power lifting contest approaching in a couple of months. So we went to work on breaking down and working on the weaknesses in his power chain. We got him ready just in time and he was able to PR at the deadlifting event and continues to progress to this day.
Ben Kim - Martial Artist
Sean was ex-military turned sales executive in the private sector.
His shoulder was in pain and clicking and holding him back from making any progress in the gym.
He also had some nagging back pain.
So we went to work on rehabing his shoulder & strengthening his back while continuing to body build around it using my creative methods.
In no time at all - he was able to do solid benching and shoulder pressing movements again - with NO PAIN. He got strong as an oxe quickly and was a pleasure to work with.
Sean Kurnik - Marine
Ken came to me a few months after his shoulder joint replacement. He also had other issues had sciatica issues, neuropathy, hip issues, and other things.
But - he wanted to get fit and strong and feel better and keep his bodyfat weight down.
So we got to work and had to do a ton of customization to build up his strength - while also rehabing his shoulder and other issues.
His work ethic, grit, and determination were inspiring. We build a great working relationship and he got SO STRONG! To the point where he was lifting more than folks 1/2 his age. A true O.G. legend and great guy.

What a delightful person to work with. This is Ed's wife from up above. She came to me with various back and hip issues. But also she was hit by a mack truck when she was a kid and had permanent damage that was getting worse. It was really hard for her to walk and feel strong and balanced.
So we went to work and got her so much stronger and more balanced so she could play with her grandkids and be stronger for her golden years.
Her and Ed were a joy to get to know and work with. Our friendship continues to this day.

Suzanne is over 80 years old - and a wonderful, strong, dynamic person that has had an amazing life.
She loves to garden, play with grandkids, and entertain guests...BUT she was having a hard time even walking and keeping her balance.
So we got her entire power chain stronger which gave her better balance.
She continues to garden, play with grandkids, entertain guests, and lead a joyful fulfilling life. She continues to workout 3 x a week to this day. My good friend Amir took over and now trains here that I am here in Florida and she is doing great!

What do you want to accomplish?  Regardless of your current circumstances - you can do great things with the right coaching & training.

Onn Matalon
Onn is another high school student that was friends with my daughter and reached out to request if I could help him with his injuries - especially his Knee that had surgery on.
His one knee had so much damage and scar tissue - he could barely bend his knee and it would make this brutal crackling sounds.
We got to work on our knee rehab program with him and strengthening his power chain.
After a couple of months of hard work - you can see below HIS KNEE NOW COULD BEND AND GO ALL THE WAY OVER HIS TOES!!!!
Great young man with a bright future.
Dana Wilson - Realtor
Dana came to me with knee pain and wanting to get her body strong - for skiing. She was really upset because currently when she would ski - her knees would hurt like crazy. Especially while on the lift due to the weight of the boots/ skis weighing down on her knee joints.
So we set out to strengthen - heal - and bulletproof her knees, back, shoulders, spine, hips and more.
She was a delight to work with and we kept it fun even while working hard.
Then - about 2-3 months after we started - she got to go up for her First Ski Trip of the year!!
She came back from that trip and walked into the gym BEAMING! She said - OMG Coach TJ this was the first time I was able to Skii all day -
with NO KNEE PAIN!!!
You would never know it - but she is over 65 and strong and outgoing and just a wonderful person inside and out.

What old aches, pains, or injuries are holding you back?

The Gravity Girls!
What a pleasure to get to work with these strong dynamic women - with big hearts and a very strong work ethic!
Joanna was the first one to approach me since I trained her husband and we had met before. Her and her group of friends did all the regular classes the gym had to offer. From Booty Building Classes, to Spin classes, and more...
But - she told me that something was missing... their favorite unique strength class called Gravity which used these unique machines that were a blend of Pilates machine and total body gym machine.
They asked me if I could put something together especially for them - and incorporate my bulletproofing into it as well.
We did it - and it was a huge success.
We read out mission statement outload before each session and then dove into our fun - but very demanding workout every week.
I would also find out what little aches or pains they had from all the other classes they did - and then began tailoring custom workouts and bulletproofing techniques for them each week.
I also later started taking them into the main gym at the end of class - to teach them different things and techniques using some of the gym in the main gym they typically didn't even use - but wanted to learn how.
We grew very close as a group and they threw me wonderful going away get togethers before I moved to Florida. I stay in touch with them to this day and we have vowed to workout together next time I go visit them in California.
Dr. Hubbard was fantastic to work with.  He was helping me early on and loved talking sports medicine and geeking out with me on his methods and how my methods of training worked.  He is a big fan of my methods and I am a big fan of his.  He loves how I blend in sports medicine - rehab - and various methods of strength training into my unique training methods.  He was always impressed with my physique and strength at my age and we had a great working relationship.  I will miss him now that I have moved to Florida.

The Gravity Girls!
